As the Construction and Built Environment industry moves into a new technological era, it is essential that people working in the industry enhance their digital skills. Building Information Modelling (BIM) involves creating and using intelligent 3D models to develop and communicate project decisions.

The Level 3 Fundamentals of BIM is aimed at raising awareness for anyone working with BIM, for individuals working within the construction industry that will encounter BIM and for construction companies needing to respond to the BIM agenda.
